Prior to Wesleyan:  Played one season for Coach Davalas at Texas State University...played in 31 games and averaged 5.2 points and 1.5 rebounds per game for the Bobcats...played at Three Rivers Community College (Mo.) and Highland Community College (Ill.)…while at HCC earned all-conference first-team honors, averaging 9.7 points per game, shooting 42 percent from three-point range, and 62 percent from the free throw line. 

High School: Played for coch Danny Farmer Sr. at Charleston High School...helped lead the Blue Jays to three district championships…was the 2010 BA All-Star Slam Dunk Champion…a 2010 MBCA Class 3 All-State Team selection…also earned all-region and all-conference honors at Charleston…named to SEMO Dream Team Second Team…garnered First Team Missourian Christmas Tournament accolades…also competed in football and track & field.

Personal: Born Deonte Lamar Jones on Apr. 2, 1992, in Charleson, MO...son of Solomon Jones Sr. and Teresa Jackson … has one brother, Solomon and one sister, Shaqueta...is majoring in business.
