Emily Snow is entering her 10th year (2025-26) as Head Dance Coach at Texas Wesleyan University, where she has led the Gold Line Dancers since their inception. As the creator of the dance program, Snow developed the team’s signature look, established its structure, and built it into a respected and visible presence on campus and in the dance community.
A proud alumna of the University of North Texas, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts, Snow brings a wealth of professional experience to her role. She is a former Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader, performing for four seasons with “America’s Team,” and later served as Director of the Miami Dolphins Cheerleaders for a decade. In that role, she managed choreography, performances, branding, and national and international appearances. She has an MBA from Texas Wesleyan University, and is currently in the Educational Leadership program working towards an Ed.D.
Since launching the Gold Line Dancers, Snow has led the team to eight consecutive years of national competition appearances, significantly growing the program’s profile and competitive success. Known for her high standards, creative vision, and mentorship, Snow has cultivated a team culture rooted in excellence, teamwork, and pride. “We Rep that, GOLD LINE”
