Mission Statement

Texas Wesleyan University is committed to upholding the principle and practice of institutional control in a manner consistent with the rules and regulations of the NAIA and the Sooner Athletic Conference and by promoting open lines of communication along with a comprehensive education program to develop a culture of compliance within the Athletics Department and the campus community. The Athletic Department will continually work, by establishing vigilant monitoring techniques, to discover and report violations that may occur.

Texas Wesleyan University is committed to providing a safe and positive living, learning and working environment.  The University utilizes a variety of approaches to prevent and redress sex/gender discrimination along with all other behavioral misconduct.  As with all campus members, student-athletes are subject to the guidelines of the athletic department as well as University and student conduct policies.  Behavioral misconduct and Title IX reports will be managed by the Office of the Dean of Students.  Any of the campus authorities listed below are available to assist with reporting to police or other campus officials.
