The Lady Rams held on to a double digit lead and ran up the lead to 32-16 on an Onyesonam Nolisa jump shot with four minutes left in the half. The Wildcats trimmed the lead, and a short rally made it a 34-26 game at halftime.

Johnson and Wales kept the pressure to start the third frame and made it 39-33 with a Diamo Williams put back with 7:51 on the clock. Leila Jdily-Ezzad knocked down a triple to run the lead back up to 48-36. The Wildcats cut into the lead, but the Lady Rams held on to a 55-46 lead after three quarters.

The Lady Rams continued to make shots heading into the fourth quarter, and kept a double digit lead helped by a Falesha Fuller shot from downtown to make it a 69-54 lead. Louallen followed that with another shot from beyond the arc to make it a 74-57 advantage with three minutes left. There was no shortage of buckets in the final minutes, and the Rams coasted to a 78-62 win.
