FORT WORTH, TX:  The Texas Wesleyan University men and women's basketball teams will be holding a canned food drive at their three December home games.  Fans will receive free admission with a donation of any canned good.
 
Teams throughout the Sooner Athletic Conference have been teaming up to help local food banks this Holiday season as part of the SAC Gives Back program.  Last year, the program contributed approximately 16,000 food items and $2,100 in monetary donations.
 
Free admission will be offered as both the men and women's teams host Mid-America Christian University in an SAC contest on Saturday December 5, as well as on December 15, when the men's team hosts Wiley College.  Saturday's games are scheduled for 3:00 & 5:00 pm starts while the Wiley game is scheduled for a 7:30 pm tip-off.
