Rams Move to 5-0 Following Forfeit

Box Score NEW ORLEANS, LA:  The 20th ranked Texas Wesleyan University men's basketball team (5-0) did not have to work as hard as expected to remain unbeaten Monday evening.  Southern University at New Orleans (1-3) had to forfeit after they were unable to staff an officiating crew for the contest.

The win was an underwhelming finish to the Rams' New Orleans trip that featured a 10-point victory over 12th ranked Dillard University over the weekend.

Texas Wesleyan will put its unblemished record on the line at the Sid Richardson Center on Wednesday, when they host the University of St. Thomas-Houston.  That game is scheduled for a 7:00 p.m. start.
