FORT WORTH, TX: The Texas Wesleyan University softball program (25-27, 16-12 SAC) honored their seniors by picking up a pair of wins (8-0, 7-0) over Southwestern Christian University (9-34, 4-20 SAC) with
Brittany Rosenberry notching a no-hitter in game one at Sycamore Park on Saturday.

Bailey Terry started the scoring off in the game one with a RBI infield single before Rosenberry plated one on a fielder's choice RBI.
Haley Neill capped the rally with a RBI single to center field. To make it a 3-0 lead after three innings of play.

Terry extended the lead in the fourth with a two RBI single through the right side.
Lauren Davis added a run with a RBI base hit to center to cap a four hit inning and take a 7-0 lead.

Texas Wesleyan put up a crooked number in the sixth to activate the run rule that started with a Terry double to right-center. Terry later scored on an error before Batchlear punched in a walk-off RBI single to the shortstop for an 8-0 win in six innings.

Brittany Rosenberry (12-12) notched her first no-hitter, pitching an absolute gem in six innings of work, allowing one walk, and striking out three.

The Lady Rams were led by Terry who went 4 for 4 with two doubles, three RBI and three runs scored. Batchlear went 3 for 4 with one RBI. Neill went 2 for 3 with a RBI. Prachyl went 2 for 4 with two runs scored and two stolen bases.

In game two, Texas Wesleyan rallied to a 6-0 advantage in the first inning helped along by a few Eagle miscues. The Rams started the inning with five consecutive base hits that was highlighted by a Terry RBI single through the left side of the infield. Two more runs would cross the plate due to wild pitches, before
Hannah Tomme hit a sacrifice groundout to plate the sixth run of the inning.

Tomme would add another run in the fourth after a routine error from right field turned into the speedster taking advantage of the situation, making her way around the bases to score an inside the park run due to that error to make it 7-0.

Amanda Windham (8-8) shut the Eagle offense down in the top of the seventh to secure the sweep and earn the win.

Neill led the Lady Rams going 2 for 3 in the win. Five Lady Rams went 1 for 3, including Terry, who also had one RBI in the game.

Windham notched a complete game shutout win. She threw seven innings, allowed three hits and two walks, while striking out five.

Amanda Windham played their final double header at Sycamore Park. These Lady Rams are responsible for 64 wins and 37 conference wins. Texas Wesleyan Athletics and the softball program are extremely proud of what there student athletes have accomplished on the softball diamond and in the classroom.

The Lady Rams will await official seedings for the 2016 Sooner Athletic Conference Tournament in Oklahoma City, OK. TWU sits in the fourth spot in the regular season standings as of today. The tourney is set to start on Thursday, May 5.
