After back-to-back close nail-biters on the road, Texas Wesleyan returns to the friendly confines of Farrington Field, where we are actually expecting no weather delays. The opponent is Lyon College, who narrowly defeated Texas Wesleyan last season 21-14. The 41-30 loss last week was led by receiver Le'Mant Monroe, who totaled 220 yards on eight receptions for two touchdowns.

The Scots took one on the chin two weeks ago - 48-21 to No. 11 Langston, who is the clear front-runner to win the conference, still unbeaten in it. Last week, Lyon was on a bye. The Scots last win came October 13 on a game-winning field goal to beat SAGU, 37-34.
