About the Rams:
The Rams will be looking for their first victory over Oklahoma City as they have dropped the last 14 contests with the Stars dating back to their first meeting in 2014.
TXWES has three players averaging double figures scoring in Makayla Coy (18.8 ppg), Hailee Walls (12.0 ppg) and Alexus Brigham (11.6 ppg).

The Rams were outlasted by Mid-America Christian 70-66 in Sooner Athletic Conference action at the Sid Richardson Center on Saturday.
The two teams played fairly even, as the Lady Rams stepped up to match the three-point shooting prowess of the Evangels. MACU edged TXWES from the field, 44.3% to 43.3%, while the Lady Rams outshot the visiting team from behind the arc, 35.3% to 31.0%.
A bright spot for the Rams was from the free throw line, shooting 80% on 8 of 10, while MACU managed 63.6% (7-11).
The home team led most of the second half, but the Evangels struck late and held off the Lady Rams to escape The Sid with a win and stay spotless in conference play.
Makayla Coy led the team with 21 points, bringing down eight boards in the process. Lindsey Thorpe ended the day with 13 points and eight rebounds, hitting on 3 of 5 from downtown. Whorley had another efficient game, scoring nine with eight rebounds and committed no turnovers.
Scouting the Stars:
The Stars just began their season on Jan. 23 and have played only two games so far and won both. They are under the direction of first year head coach and alumna Brett Tahah.
Tahah spent the previous two years as the head girls basketball coach and athletic director for Frontier High School in Oklahoma.
OCU is led by 5-9 guard Erika Ankney who is averaging 22 ppg. Right behind her is 5-10 guard Andi Pierce with 20 ppg.
6-2 center Abby Selzer leads them with 10.5 rpg and 2.5 bpg.

The Rams return to their homecourt for a matchup with Southwestern Christian on Saturday. TXWES is 7-7 overall against the Eagles.
