The Rams sit in squarely in the third spot in the conference standings through four weeks, coming off a lop-sided 63-7 win over Wayland Baptist at Farrington Field. The team sets their sights on the Lions of SAGU in another Sooner Athletic Conference clash.
 
The Lions are riding high after a 50-6 win over NJCAA Arkansas Baptist. The Lions only conference win was the season opener, a 20-13 win over Louisiana College in the season opener. SAGU fell to Ottawa – Arizona by two scores (42-28) and Arizona Christian by one score (52-45). The Lions topped NCAA DIII Milsaps College in week three, 38-21.
 
The Rams are second in the league in offense, scoring 44.5 points per game, and third in scoring defense allowing 25 points per game to opposing offenses.
 
After the first four weeks of the season, statistics show a balanced approach on offense. The Rams are averaging 224.5 rushing yards per game, compared to 214.5 yards passing. The defense is allowing just 85.8 yards per game on the ground, while giving up 242.5 yards.
 
Ram QB Dalton Dale has maintained an efficiency rating of 166.6, throwing 11 touchdowns to just one interception. Ram RB Clint Epperson is averaging 98.3 yards per game and leads the team with four rushing scores.  Collier Rick leads a talented receiving corps., with 265 total yards and three TDs, while TE Charlie Simmons leads the team with four trips to the end zone.
 
AJ Bobb has racked up 490 all-purpose yards, mainly as a returner. He leads the team averaging 163.3 yards per game.
 
DL Kobe Adams lead all defenders with 19 total tackles, while DE Adrian Johnson still holds the top spot in the nation in sacks at 8.5. Elijah Hall leads all Rams with three INTs, while Chance Carroll has locked up is side of the field with a team-leading six pass break-ups.
