SILOAM SPRINGS, Ark. — The Texas Wesleyan Volleyball team's ten match winning streak ended in a 3-1 (23-25, 25-23, 20-25, 22-25) loss at John Brown on Saturday afternoon.
 
The match was the final of the regular season before the 16-3, 8-2 Lady Rams turn their sights to the Sooner Athletic Conference Tournament opening round vs Mid-America Christian on April 6.
 
The 11-3, 7-3 JBU Golden Eagles held TXWES to a .182 attack percentage while hitting .226 themselves. They had 9 aces to the Lady Rams' 5, but TXWES out blocked them at the net 11 to 5. Bailey Foy, Morgan Burns and Veronika Webb each accounted for 5 blocks.
 
Nyia Anderson recorded her fifth double-double of the year on 12 kills and a season high 18 digs. Burns also nabbed her fifth double-double of the season with 37 assists and 12 digs.
 
Webb knocked down 12 kills as well, and Foy added 11 herself. Andrea Malek and Emily Brooks contributed 15 digs each.
