TXWES Men's Basketball (6-5, 3-3 SAC) beat North America University (0-14) on Tuesday, 119-67, in the Sid Richardson Center.
  
 The Rams led 47-27 going into halftime. TXWES shot 18-31 (56.08%) from the field, 5-11 (45.45%) from the three-point line and 6-8 (75%) from the free-throw line in the first half. In the second half, the Rams shot 27-41 (65.85%) from the field, 8-13 (54.2%) from the three-point line and 10-10 (100%) from the free throw line. 
  
 For the game, TXWES was 45-72 (62.5%) from the field, 13-24 (54.2%) from the three-point line and 16-18 (88.9%) from the free-throw line. The Rams scored 17 second-chance points, 62 points in the paint and 37 points off turnovers.
  
 TXWES held NAU to 20-62 (32.3%) shooting from the field, 7-24 (29.2%) from the three-point line and 20-25 (80%) from the free-throw line. NAU scored 22 points in the paint, ten points off turnovers and 12 second-chance points.
 
 Six Rams scored in double figures. Leading the way for the Rams was Peyton Sallee, who scored 21 points in 31 minutes, shooting 7-9 from the three-point arch. Akili Vinning scored 20 points, with 11 rebounds and nine assists. One assist short of a triple-double for the game. Keyaun Hoskins and Rob Brown each scored 19 points. Micale Mee scored 16 points and Juwan Jones scored 14 points. 
 
 The Rams will next play at home on December 28 against Concordia University of Nebraska, with tipoff scheduled for 7:45 PM.
