On Saturday, Texas Wesleyan University faced Our Lady of the Lake University in a game that ultimately ended with a score of 72-79 in favor of Our Lady of the Lake.

The first half saw Texas Wesleyan struggling to find their rhythm, shooting 35.48% from the field and ending the half trailing 29-44. Our Lady of the Lake dominated in various aspects, with a lead that reached 20 points at one point.

Adetokunbo Bakare led the Texas Wesleyan team with 22 points on 8-18 from the floor in 37 minutes, supported by Kris Lafayette with 17 points, going 6-9 from the field in 25 minutes of play.. On the Our Lady of the Lake side, Trey Law contributed 21 points, and Rob Gil added 15 points.
