 The Rams trailed 37-31 going into halftime. TXWES shot 10-33 (30.30%) from the field, 3-15 (20%) from the three-point line and 8-14 (57.14%) from the free-throw line in the first half. In the second half, the Rams shot 18-38 (47.37%) from the field, 6-15 (40%) from the three-point line and 2-6 (33.33%) from the free throw line.

 For the game, TXWES was 28-71 from the field (39.4%), 9-30 from the three-point line (30%), and 10-20 from the free-throw line (50%). The Rams scored 12 second-chance points, 28 points in the paint, and ten points off turnovers.

 Four Rams scored in double figures. Peyton Sallee led the Rams with 24 points, shooting 6-12 from three-point range and nabbing six rebounds in 37 minutes. Lamine Komara came off the bench to score 15 points in 19 minutes. Akili Vining scored 13 points, and Gavin Harris scored 11.
