BB: Rams Sweep Bacone College at Home

On Sunday, Texas Wesleyan's Baseball Team (14-5) faced off against Bacone College (0-8) in a two-game series held in Fort Worth, Texas.

Texas Wesleyan dominated the game from the start, scoring four runs in the first inning, six runs in the second, and four more in the third, making it almost impossible for Bacone to catch up.

The final score was 19-1, with Texas Wesleyan achieving an impressive 16 hits and no errors.

The Rams pitching and hitting were strong throughout the game. Kade Baron (3-1) was the winning pitcher, with the team combining for only one run and three hits over seven innings from the mound.

At the plate, Brandon Rincones and Tomas Sanchez led Texas Wesleyan's batting, scoring three runs. Grayson Barrett had four RBIs.

Bacone's struggled to score runs, with only one in the first inning. Bacone's defense also made two errors, which added to Texas Wesleyan's already high score.

The game was an excellent performance for Texas Wesleyan and the team's strong pitching and batting abilities.  

Game 2:

In game two, Texas Wesleyan University dominated against Bacone College, winning 17-0 at Sycamore Park in Fort Worth, Texas.

The game started slowly for both teams, with no runs scored in the first inning. 

However, Texas Wesleyan quickly picked up the pace, scoring six runs in the second and another 4 in the third.

The team's strong hitting was led by outfielder Jose Sosa, who had four hits, including two doubles, and drove in four runs. In addition to Sosa, several other players had multiple hits, including junior infielder Jonathan Pena, who had a triple and a double and drove in three runs.

On the mound, Texas Wesleyan's pitching was equally impressive. Andrew Graham started the game and pitched five innings, allowing only one hit and striking out six batters. Graham earned the win, improving his record to 2-0 for the season.  
It was a well-rounded performance from Texas Wesleyan, with solid hitting and pitching.

The team's record improved to 15-5 for the season, while Bacone College fell to 0-9. Texas Wesleyan will look to build on this momentum in their next game as they continue to work towards their goal of winning the conference championship.
