OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla - Texas Wesleyan University Volleyball player Haley Fojtik has been named the Digital Scoreboards SAC Defensive Player of the Week, announced by the conference Monday. Fojtik earns her first player of the week honors and marks the fourth time a Ram has won the award.

Fojtik was the leader for the Rams defense, totaling eight blocks in only six sets. She averaged 1.33 blocks per set, averaging the most on the team in their 2-0 weekend with wins over Oklahaoma City and Southwestern Christian. Fojtik also added eight kills on the weekend, helping the Rams out both on offense and defense.
