FORT WORTH - Texas Wesleyan will host An Evening with Bruce Devlin & Friends (Wednesday, Sep 23) followed by a golf tournament (Thursday, Sep 24) at Northgate Country Club in Houston, TX. This event supports both the capital campaign for The Devlin Center as well as financial support for The Devlin Foundation. The Devlin Center will be located on the campus of Texas Wesleyan University in Fort Worth, TX, and will serve as a golf/youth/community facility honoring the legacy of the legendary golfer, commentator and golf course designer Bruce Devlin and his wife, Gloria. The Devlin Foundation, founded in 2011, is a non-profit that supports junior golf charities and higher education for students with academic potential.
The dinner program will include a Q&A panel with Mr. Devlin, as well as professional golfer Steve Elkington. It will be held at Northgate Country Club in Houston, TX.
The golf tournament will consist of 2-man teams competing for prizes and bragging rights.
