2012: Started all 51 games with the Rams in his first year as a junior...a first team All-RRAC selection...led the team with a .353 BA with 59 hits, 17 runs, eight doubles, two triples, and 31 RBI...recorded two homeruns (03/13/12 at Houston-Victoria and 03/17/12 against Texas College)...fielded .980 (246 putouts, 53 assists, six errors)...posted a career-high 12 putouts twice, once versus Central Baptist (Ark.)(02/24/12) and against Texas at Brownsville (04/28/12).

Prior To Wesleyan: Played for head coach Derek Nicholson at Los Angeles Harbor Junior College.

High School: Played for coach Matt Nuez at Lakewood High School...recorded a .259 BA with 22 hits, 25 runs, and 13 RBI.

Personal: Jesus Alex Padilla...born March 8th, 1991 in Compton, California...son of Jesse Padilla and Maria Gomez...has five siblings: Amber, Jesse, Carlos, Dahlia, and Sebastain...majoring in Criminal Justice.
