2013: Made 17 appearances, including 13 starts...a 2nd-team All-RRAC selection...ranked 6th nationally with 12 wins...went 12-1 with a 2.47 ERA and 49 K's against 20 BB's in 76.2 IP...led the team in wins and IP...defeated Northwood University in the RRAC Tournament allowing no earned runs in 5.2 IP (4/29)...picked up an NAIA National Tournament win over Georgetown, allowing one run in six innings of work (5/9).

Prior To Wesleyan: Played at Frank Phillips College as a sophmore...played freshman season at Centenary College.

High School: Played for coach Matt Buettner at Little Elm High School.

Personal: Born Sam Martin on Feb. 23, 1992, in Tampa, FL...son of Randy and Stephanie Martin...has one sister, Jennifer...is majoring in business management.
