Biography
2013-14: Became the first Lady Ram to be named NAIA Scholar-Athlete...played in ten varsity events in her junior season...posted a scoring average of 82.57 with a low round of 74 in the Sooner Athletic Conference Championship (4/22/14)...placed 12th in the SAC Championship...tied for ninth at UT-Brownville's Ocelot Invitational (11/4/13) and finished 11th at Northwood's Bluebonnet Classic (4/1/14).
2012-13: Competed in 10 events as a sophomore for the Lady Rams...posted two top 20 finishes...tied for 13th at the UT Tyler Fall Invitational with a line of 80-85--165...placed 11th at the RRAC Championship with a total score of 177...posted the team's third best lowest round in the first round of the RRAC Championship with a 79.
Prior to Wesleyan: Academic All-American...member of the Highlassie team that finished third at the NJCAA National Championship...won Region V Championship...named a NJCAA Academic Team of the Year.
High School: UIL Athletic Accomplishment Award and CATE Award...team district champs four consecutive years...team state qualifiers for three years.
Personal: Deborah Lea Dover...born May 27 in Fort Worth...daughter of David and Teresa Dover...and two siblings, Elizabeth and Rebekah...majoring in bilingual early childhood education.
