Prior to Wesleyan: Played one season for head coach Rhonda Thigpen at Henderson State University...played in 31 matches and made 19 starts...posted 129 kills and 30 total blocks...played freshman season at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.

High School: Played for coach Stephanie Cunningham at North Crowley High School...an Academic All-State selection...named All-District in her senior year.

Personal: Born Carli A. Owens on August 14, 1995...daughter of Craig and Tonda Owens...has one sister, Casity...is majoring in biology.
