Prior to Wesleyan:  Played one season for Head Coach Lynn Resimon at Tarleton State University helping the Texans to a 22-8 record and an NCAA Division II Regional appearance...played in all 30 games as a junior, averaging 2.8 points and 2.1 rebounds in 10 minutes per game...played and started in 28 games for Western Texas College as a sophomore...averaged 10 points, 6.2 rebounds, had 43 blocks and shot 49.8 percent from the floor...scored a career-high 20 points against Western Oklahoma State College...originally signed with Division I Louisiana Lafayette out of high school.

High School:  Was a four-year letter-winner and team captain at East Jefferson High School in Metairie, LA...won a 4A State Championship with a record of 32-3.
