Biography
2010-11: Played in seven varsity events...ranked fifth on the team with a scoring average of 75.79...shot even par, including a season-low round of 71, to place fifth and help the Rams to a win at the Northwood Fall Shootout...tied for eighth at the RRAC Championship...shot an opening round of one-over par 73 at the NAIA National Championship.
2009-10: Played in eight varsity events as a freshman...shot four-over par and tied for fifth in the Tangle Ridge Shootout...shot a season low 71 in the second round and finished tied for 14th at the RRAC Tournament/ NAIA Qualifier...contributed rounds of 74 and 75 in the NAIA National Championship.
High School: A four-time All-District selection for coach Debbie Brangan at Boswell HS...qualified for regionals four times...won the Texas Oklahoma Junior Open in 2007.
Personal: Born Dillon Watkins on Jul. 24, 1991, in Fort Worth, TX...son of Phil and Shelly Watkins...has one brother, Brody...is majoring in business marketing and management.
