2017: A 1st-team All-SAC selection...named to both the SAC Commissioner's Honor Roll and the Academic All-Conference team...appeared in 19 games and made four starts...went 5-1 with a 2.36 ERA and 3 saves...struck out 40 and walked 20 in 42 innings pitched...limited opposing batters to a .219 AVG...did not allow a run in his first 7 appearances (13.2 IP)...tossed two scoreless innings against William Carey in the NAIA National Tournament Opening Round (5/17).

Prior to Wesleyan: Played two seasons at Cedar Valley College under Head coach Robert Dally.

Personal: Born Brad Vernon Sugg on April 18, 1995...son of Donnie and Laura Sugg...has one brother Kalyn and one sister Cheree...is majoring in exercise science.
