2015: Played in 22 games and made 4 starts as a junior...named to the SAC Commissioner's Honor Roll...went 2-for-3 in stolen base attempts...knocked in runs in his first two games of the season.

Prior to Wesleyan: A 1st-team All-Conference, 1st-team All-Region, and 2nd-team All-American selection for head coach Michael Martin at Eastfield College...also attended Texarkana College and Southern Arkansas University.

High School: Played for coach Ed Condon at Catholic Central High School...named team MVP as a junior.

Personal: Born Matthew Hexter on May 28, 1993, in London, Ontario, Canada...son of Moe and Darla Hexter...has one brother, Andrew...is majoring in exercise science.
