2016: Played in 11 games  while making six starts...recorded two hits, two RBI, one run scored, and three walks for the Lady Rams.

2015: Played in three games as a freshman...batted .500 (2-for-4) with a 2B, a HR and 2 RBI...first collegiate hit was a dobule at Southwestern Christian (4/10)...first collegiate home run came against Southwestern Christian at home on 5/1.

High School: A three-time League MVP for coach Becky Pratt at Golden Sierra High School...named Defensive Player of the Year three times...named team Rookie of the Year as a freshman.

Personal: Born Samantha Bastien in Auburn, CA...daughter of Kathleen and Bill Bastien...has one sister, Brittany...is majoring in mass communication.
