JOSUE PREZA | TIGHT ENDS COACH
Josue Preza II enters his second season as Texas Wesleyan University’s tight ends coach in 2025.
In his first year on staff, Preza helped guide the Rams to the No. 1 offense in the NAIA, averaging 57.5 points per game, and the nation’s top kickoff return unit with a 32.2-yard average, working alongside special teams coordinator Ryan Glover. He coached All-Conference selection Darren White in his debut season and contributed to Texas Wesleyan’s 2024 Sooner Athletic Conference championship.
Preza previously played quarterback and athlete for the Rams from 2021 to 2023, contributing to every conference title since 2022. Following an injury in early 2024, he transitioned to a student assistant role with the quarterbacks before assuming the tight ends coach position in the fall.
