Kaleb Montes is in his second season as the Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at Texas Wesleyan University.  

Montes is the Founder and President of the Fort Worth Rugby Academy, a non-profit organization established in 2019 that offers free rugby programs to youth and their families in the Fort Worth area. His commitment to youth sports and community development has significantly impacted the local community.

In 2022, Montes served as a Student Assistant for Texas Wesleyan University's Strength and Movement program during the summer and fall seasons, contributing to the team's conference championship victory. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from Texas Wesleyan University in December 2022.

Following his undergraduate studies, Montes took on the role of Graduate Assistant at Wheeling University's Rugby program in 2023. Under his guidance, the team achieved a historic 5th place in the national rankings—the highest in the program's history. He completed his Master's in Athletic Administration from Wheeling University in May 2024.

Since June 2023, Montes has been serving as an Assistant Strength and Movement Coach and a Nutrition Coach at Texas Wesleyan University, where he continues to develop and enhance athletes' performance.

Montes enjoys a family life outside work with his partner, Jennifer, their daughter, Adelynn, and their pet, Susan B. Bones.
