2008-09: Played in 20 games as a freshman while helping the Rams to a 29-5 record...aveaged 3.2 points per game...scored 18 points at Hillsdale FW Baptist (11/25) and matched that total at home against HFWB (12/18)...scored ten points in a win over Southwest (3/2).

High School: A four-year letter winner and three-time All-District selection for coach Mike Smith at Trinity High School...averaged 22 points and 6.5 assists per game as a senior...scored a career-high 41 points against Fort Worth’s Southwest High School in his senior year.

Personal: Born Tyler Daniel Sears on Jun. 15, 1990, in Dallas, TX...son of Keith and DeAnna Sears...has one brother, Michael...is majoring in liberal studies.
