2015-16: Named to the SAC Commisioner's Honor Roll in Cross Country and Track...received the 3-D award in track & field...named SAC Track Athlete of the Week (3/21).

XC: Competed in seven varsity events as a freshman...finished 5th at boththe TWU Opener (16:22)  and UTA's Gerald Richey Invitational (16:35.5) with his top two 5K times...ran a season-best 8K time of 26:38 at Mount Mercy's Seminole Valley Stampede...placed 22nd in the SAC Championship with an 8K time of 26:49.8.

Indoor: Competed in two varsity events competing in the 400m and 800m...ran the 800m in 2:07.67 at Houston's Leonard Hilton Invitational to place 12th...ran the 400m in 56.47 at the Houston Invitational to place 48th.

Outdoor: Competed in four varsity events, running the 800m, 1500m, and 5000m...placed 9th in the 5000m at the TSU Relays with a time of 16:19.93 and was named SAC Athlete of the Week...ran the 800m in 2:07.21 at the Southwestern Invitational.

High School: Ran for Coach Maher and Coach Thomas at R.L. Turner High School...a three-time regional qualifier in cross country...set PR's of 2:02 in the 800m, 4:32 in the 1600m, and 10:02 in the 3200m.

Personal: Born Fernando Orellana on August 5, 1997, in El Salvador...son of Santos Ramirez and Rosa Brioso...has one brother, Jason, and one sister, Mailin...is majoring in accounting.
