Dejan Milosevic

Dejan Milosevic is in his second season as Associate Head Coach (2021) after serving as an assistant coach for four seasons from 2014-2015 and 2018-19

Milosevic brings a wealth of playing and coaching experience to the program.

He played two seasons for the Rams (2011 and 2012) and was a two-time All-Red River Athletic Conference selection as well as the RRAC Defensive Player of the Year in his junior campaign. In 2012 he helped the team to its first NAIA National Tournament appearance and set the school's single season record for goals against average at 1.17. His career goals against average of 1.283 ranks second all-time in program history. Prior to Texas Wesleyan, he was also a two-time All-Conference selection at Arizona Western College where he was also named MVP of the Region I Finals in 2010.

Following his career at Texas Wesleyan, Milosevic signed with the Dallas Sidekicks, one of the longest running professional soccer teams in the nation. In December of 2013, he recorded the first shutout by a Sidekicks goalkeeper in the PASL-era and the seventh shutout in the history of the league. Two years later, he represented Serbia in the 2015 Indoor World Cup.

In addition to his work at Texas Wesleyan, Milosevic served as an assistant coach at Hill College where he helped the women's team win two Regional Championships and an appearance in the District Finals in 2018. He also successfully started a soccer club called Texas Eagles FC, which is now Fort Worth FC. He currently serves as the Director of Coaching for Tarrant County with the Dallas Texans SC, and holds USSF licenses E, D and C.

Milosevic's journey as a goalkeeper began in one of the best known youth programs in Europe, F.K Partizan. He was a member of F.K Partizan for twelve years and helped his team to many championships.  In addition to F.K Partizan, he also played for Hajduck Belgrade and Jedinstvo Surcin. 

Milosevic and his wife Elizabeth have one daughter, Lara, and one son, Luka.
