Ivan Kovacevic

Ivan’s playing career began in Bremen, Germany where he played with Union 60 Bremen and later joined one of the best academies in Germany, SV Werder Bremen. Ivan was a member of SV Werder Bremen for three years before his family decided the move to Fort Worth, Texas.

In the United States, Ivan played for Fort Worth FC, where his team attended some of the biggest tournaments in the nation, including traveling all around the world. Ivan also participated in the Olympic Development Program team, which was considered one of the best teams in the United States.

Ivan attended Texas Wesleyan University where he graduated with his bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Ivan is the Ram’s program leader in goals and assists (109 Points). Including NSCAA All-American (2013), NSCAA All-Southwest (2012), and 1ST Team All-SAC (2011-2012). After his collegiate career Ivan began his semi-professional career with Liverpool Warriors (NPSL) in 2014 before moving on to the Fort Worth Vaqueros (NPSL) in 2015, and then Fort Worth Inocentes (UPSL) in 2019. Ivan also had spells with one of the most recognized indoor teams in the nation, Dallas Sidekicks (MASL) in 2014.

Ivan is in his tenth year of successfully coaching and positively guiding young athletes. He holds a USSF National B license. Ivan currently serves as the DOC for Sting SC- West. Ivan is happily married to Stefani; they have two daughters, Ivana and Maja.
