2016-17: Member fo the NAIA National Championship team...played in 13 games as a junior...scored 17 points and brought in 24 rebounds...had a season-high 8 points in a win over Barclay (12/2).

Prior to Wesleyan: Played for head coach David Francis at Southern University Shreveport...averaged 11.3 points and 9.3 rebounds per game while tallying two triple-doubles in 2014-15.

High School: A two-time 1st-team All-District selection for coach Christian Thompson at C.E. King High School...named team's Defensive Player of the Year.

Personal: Born DeMarcus Emanuel on October 7, 1992...son of Thurman and Sandra Emanuel...has five brothers, Tee, Nunu, Anwar, Darius, and Devantae, and one sister, Zandra...is majoring in education.
