Prior to Wesleyan: Played for head coach Freddy Drago at Cisco College...helped the Wranglers to the Region 5 Championship game and a #11 national ranking.

High School: A four-year letter winner at John Jay High School...also played for Classic Elite Soccer Academy.

Personal: Born Hector Sanchez on Dec. 25, 1989, in Mexico…son of Hector and Ana Sanchez…has three brothers, Arturo, Luis, and Miguel, and one sister, Elena…is majoring in education and kinesiology
