Rachel Bachelder joined the Lady Rams' coaching staff as an assistant coach in the 2012 season.
In three seasons, she has helped the Lady Rams to a record of 76-65 (.539), one conference championship, and an appearance in the NAIA National Tournament.
Bachelder played two seasons as an outfielder at Texas Wesleyan. In 2002, she played under coach David Barrientes and in 2007, she played under head coach Shannon Gower. In 2007, she appeared in 50 games, including 37 starts. She stole 32 bases in 35 attempts and notched a fielding percentage of .952 with just three errors on the season.
Bachelder also played at Lake Worth High School where she was a three-time 1st-team All-District selection.
