Biography

2016: Saw action in 45 games while ranking 11th nationally in stolen bases per game (.756), and 18th in total stolen bases (34)...earned second team All-SAC honors...hit .340 behind 24 RBI, three home runs, and six doubles.

2015: Played in 41 games and made 37 starts as a sophomore...batted .265...stole a team-leading 13 bases in 15 attempts...had 7 multi-hit games...matched the school record for hits in a game, going 5-for-5 with a 2B, RBI, 3 SB's, and 3 R's against Valley City State (3/15)...during a season-high 8-game hitting streak, batted .536 (15-28) (3/13-3/29).

2014: Played in 28 games, including 16 starts, as a freshman...was successful on 9-of-11 stolen base attempts...went 2-for-4 with 2 SB's against Southwestern Assemblies of God (3/4) and Science and Arts (4/4).

High School: Played for Coach Kathy Schoettle at Byron Nelson High School…named NFCA Academic All-American in 2012-2013…named to the all-district team, most improved player, and team defensive player of the year award her senior season.

Personal: Born Dani West on April 12, in Corpus Christi, TX...daughter of Michelle and Toby Jackson...has four siblings Hunter, Devin, Dustin, and Lauren...is majoring in criminal justice.
