Prior To Wesleyan: Was a starter at Southern Wesleyan University for two seasons under the direction of John Davis... shot 43 percent from downtown her sophomore season.

High School: played under the direction of legendary coach Sue Cannon at Euless Trinity... was a three-time, second team all-district selection... averaged 43 percent from behind the arc and led the district in made three-pointers her junior season... averaged 15 points per game in her sophomore season, and was named to the Lions Club all-tournament team.
 
Personal: Born Tomi Sanchez on December 21 in Chicago, IL... the daughter of Tom and Dawn Sanchez... has three siblings, Ashley, Calix, and Troy... majoring in exercise science.
