2015-16: Helped the Lady Rams to a Regional Runner-up finish...named to SAC Commissioner's Honor Roll...went 8-6 in singles play and 7-7 in doubles play...advanced to the finals of her draw at Texas Lutheran's Doc Scogman Invitational (10/3/15)...went 2-1 in doubles play at the NAIA Unaffiliated Regional Tournament.
Prior to Wesleyan: Played freshman season (2013-14) at Mary Hardin Baylor under head coach James Cohagen...appeared in two matches going 1-1 in singles.
High School: Played for Coach Steve Barns at Denton Calvary Academy...TAPPS 2A State Champion in doubles as a junior and senior...helped DCA to District Championships in 2011, 2012, and 2013...received the Army Scholar Athlete Award as a senior.
Personal: Born Laura Grunden on January 5, 1995, in Krum, TX...daughter of Ricky and Marsha Grunden...has four brothers and three sisters...is majoring in mass communications.
