 In the 2025 season, Madison Grekstas contributed to Texas Wesleyan’s volleyball team, participating in 24 of the team's 33 matches. Over her appearances, she tallied a total of 25 kills, 72 total attack attempts, and 14 digs, resulting in 21 points for the season.

One of her standout performances occurred on October 31, 2025, against Central Christian (Kan.), where she achieved a hitting percentage of .750, recording three kills on four attempts without any attack errors. Another notable game was against McPherson College on November 22, 2025, where she maintained a perfect hitting percentage with two kills from two attempts.

In addition to her offensive contributions, Grekstas provided defensive support with digs, including a season-high five digs in the match against Evangel (MO) on August 29, 2025. Despite not recording any service aces or blocks throughout the season, her role was critical in maintaining the team’s competitive edge across various matches.
