Treyaunna Rush

Treyaunna Rush enters her first season (2026) as Assistant Volleyball Coach at Texas Wesleyan with an extensive background as both a player and coach brings a wealth of knowledge to the Rams.

Prior to coming to the Rams, Rush was an assistant coach for Texas A&M-Texarkana and quickly made an impact. In her first season as assistant coach, the Eagles captured both the Red River Athletic Conference (RRAC) Regular Season Championship and RRAC Tournament Championship. The team also earned its first-ever NAIA National Tournament appearance and advanced to the NAIA Opening Round for the first time in program history.

A standout athlete, she earned High School All-American honors, was selected as a UIL Texas All-Star, and was a three-time High School MVP. Collegiately, she began her career at Texas A&M University, where she was named to the SEC All-Freshman Team and competed for three seasons. She continued her playing career at the University of North Texas for two additional years before advancing to the professional ranks in Puerto Rico.
