FORT WORTH, TX:  The schedule and pairings have been set for this weekend's Sooner Athletic Conference Volleyball tournament.  The tournament will be hosted by Oklahoma Baptist University Friday and Saturday.
 
Texas Wesleyan (18-17) is the third seed and will take on sixth seeded Southwestern Assemblies of God University (15-15) at 10:00 a.m. on Friday.  The Rams and Lions split a pair of meetings this season with both teams winning on their home floor.  SAGU took a 3-1 win in Waxahachie on Oct. 10.  The Lady Rams took a 3-1 Senior Night win in the Sid Richardson Center on Nov. 8.  Texas Wesleyan leads the all-time series between the two programs 20-6.
 
The Rams earned the third seed in the tournament with a 10-6 record in conference play in their first tour through the SAC.
 
The second quarterfinal match features fourth seeded Oklahoma City (18-13) against fifth seeded John Brown (15-18) at 1:00 p.m.
 
Second seeded and 15th ranked Wayland Baptist (29-5) awaits the winner of TWU/SAGU at 4:00 p.m.  Top seeded and 7th ranked Oklahoma Baptist (30-5) will play the winner of OCU/JBU at 7:00 p.m.  Saturday's conference championship match is scheduled for a 2:00 p.m. start.
