FORT WORTH, TX:  The Texas Wesleyan University women's volleyball team will play host to the SAC/RRAC Conference Clash Friday and Saturday, August 21-22.
 
Texas Wesleyan and SAGU (Waxahachie, TX) of the Sooner Athletic Conference (SAC) are co-hosting the action.  John Brown University (Siloam Springs, AR) will join the Rams in Fort Worth and Wayland Baptist University (Plainview, TX) will join the Lions in Waxahachie.  That foursome will take on Jarvis Christian College (Hawkins, TX), Langston University (Langston, OK), Our Lady of the Lake University (San Antonio, TX), and University of St. Thomas (Houston, TX) out of the Red River Athletic Conference (RRAC).
 
The action at the Sid Richardson Center will tip off with John Brown taking on OLLU at 12:00pm.  The Lady Rams will play Jarvis Christian at 2:00pm and Our Lady of the Lake at 6:00pm.  On Saturday, Texas Wesleyan will face St. Thomas at 12:00pm and Langston at 4:00pm.  For the complete schedule and scoreboard, click here.

The tournament marks season-opening action for all eight teams.  The Lady Rams are coming off a 15-19 campaign in 2014.  The team produced an SAC record of 10-6 and seven All-Conference selections.  Three of those All-SAC performers return this season.
