CHICKASHA, Okla. – The Texas Wesleyan Volleyball team (22-7, 17-3 SAC) made quick work of the Science & Arts Drovers (1-25, 1-19 SAC) in straight sets (25-15, 25-5, 25-8) in the regular season finale on Saturday.
The Lady Rams keep sole possession of the two-seed in the SAC standing and will play the seven-seed Southwestern Christian Eagles at home on Tuesday.

Arianna Alvarado put the set away.
The team made a 12-0 run to start the second frame highlighted by a three kills each from
Sydney Charlton and Alvarado. It was the same from there as
Chastiny Brown ended the set on a solo block.
In the third set, the Drovers found an early 4-2 lead before an 8-0 rally capped by a Hayley Harvey service ace put the Lady Rams on top at 10-4. It was no-contest from there as TXWES ended things with a 9-1 run that featured a kill from four different Lady Rams and a pair of Pargas aces to take the match.
Arianna Alvarado was impressive once again, going 16-2-25 and hitting .560 in the win. Charlton and Webb each contributed seven kills, while
Chastiny Brown finished with six.
Brenda Pargas paced the Rams with 16 assists.
Madison Lopez led tallied 10 digs in the match.
Texas Wesleyan will wait to find out what time they will play Southwestern Christian on Tuesday at the Sid Richardson Center.
