OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. — The Texas Wesleyan Softball team lost both games of their double header with Langston, falling in game one 5-2, and game two 5-4 on Sunday afternoon.

In game one, three Lady Rams had two hits apiece in
Allie Prewitt,
Ashton Davis and
Mercedes Beltran.

Kylie Summers had 1 RBI and a stolen base.
Saeya Esparza accounted for the other RBI.Â

Starting pitcher
Brynna Foster got the loss in the circle after pitching 2.1 innings where she allowed 5 hits, 4 runs, 1 walk and struck out three.
Brianna Gibbons closed out the final 3.2 innings allowing 2 hits, 1 run, 3 walks and struck out two.

In game two, Davis had another two hit ball game, this time hitting a double and a home run, her first long ball of the season.

Finley hit 2 for 3 with an RBI double.
Taylor Tubbs had 1 hit and 1 RBI and pitched the entire game. In six innings she allowed 7 hits, 5 runs, 1 walk, while striking out 4.

TXWES is now 12-15 overall and 11-12 in the Sooner Athletic Conference. Langston is 8-28, 4-16 SAC.
