FORT WORTH, Texas — The Texas Wesleyan Volleyball team notched a 3-1 (20-25, 25-16, 25-17, 25-17) conference win over Mid-America Christian on Friday night.

Despite dropping a close first set, the Lady Rams rallied to take the next three to move to 7-4 overall and 4-1 in the league. Meanwhile, MACU drops to 11-5 overall and 3-2 in SAC play.

"We started slow in the first set- way too many unforced errors," said head coach
Jessica Ransom. "I am proud of the way the girls fought back and started playing our game. It was a great conference win in front of a fun crowd!"

Nyia Anderson recorded her second double-double of the season behind 13 kills and 16 digs. Leading the attack for the Lady Rams was junior
Sydney Charlton who knocked down 18 kills hitting .567 on the match.

Morgan Burns tallied a season high 47 assists and added 6 kills on a .750 attack percentage.
