TXWES Men's Basketball (2-3, 1-1 SAC) beat John Brown University (2-5, 0-2 SAC) at home Saturday in the Sid Richardson Center in Fort Worth, Texas.

 The Rams trailed 40-39 going into halftime. TXWES shot 12-28 (42.86%) from the field, 4-7 (57.14%) from the three-point line, and 11-13 (84.62%) from the free-throw line in the first half. In the second half, the Rams shot 16-30 (53.33%) from the field, 2-8 (25%) from the three-point line, and 10-15 (66.67%) from the free throw line.

 For the game, TXWES was 28-58 (48.3%) from the field, 6-15 (40%) from the three-point line, and 21-28 (75%) from the free-throw line. The Rams scored 14 second-chance points, 38 points in the paint, and 17 points off turnovers.
