FORT WORTH-- The Texas Wesleyan women's softball team (12-4, 6-0 SAC) defeated Central Christian College (4-13, 3-9) in a DH on Saturday afternoon at Sycamore Park to complete a 4 game series sweep to move to 6-0 in Sooner Athletic Conference play. The Lady Rams won game 1 7-4 and won game two 6-1.
The Lady Rams have won 11 out of its last 12 games. TXWES scored the first run of the game on an error to take a 1-0 lead.
Jaeley May ripped a single up the middle to score
Breanna Leathers to extend its lead to 2-0. In the fourth inning,
Kylie Summers singled to left center field to score
Ajah Jackson to extend the lead to 3-0 heading into the 5th inning. Sandy Lopez looped a single up the middle to score
Jaeley May to make the score 5-0.
Breanna Leathers blasted a homerun over the centerfield wall to extend the lead to 7-0. The Tigers scored 4 runs in the top of the seventh inning, but were not able to come back as the Lady Rams won 7-4.
Dylann Kaderka pitched 7 innings, gave up 5 hits and three earned runs in 29 batters faced. Kaderka pitched 17.1 innings in three games this week and improved her record to 6-3. The five Lady Rams to record two hits in game 1 were

In game 2, dominant pitching and consistent hitting at the plate propelled TXWES to a 6-1 victory. The Lady Rams executed a double-steal to perfection as
Devin Dunn stole second and
Kylie Summers stole home to give TXWES a 1-0lead.
Jaeley May hit a single up the middle to extend its lead to 2-0 after one inning of play.
Rhe-Ann Avalos blasted a triple to the wall to score
Devin Dunn which extended the Lady Rams lead to 3-1.
Kylie Summers put an exclamation point on the game with a three-run homerun to make the score 6-1.
Taylor Tubbs pitched 7 innings, giving up 3 hits, one run, and recording 7 strikeouts.
Kylie Summers went 2 for 3 with 3 RBI's and
Devin Dunn went 3 for 4 in game 2.
Rhea-Ann Avalos went 6 for 13 (461) in this 4 game series. TXWES will face Southwestern Christian University in Bethany Oklahoma in on March 18.
