On Saturday, Texas Wesleyan University delivered a dominant performance against Arkansas Baptist College, securing a 62-0 victory, with the Texas Wesleyan Rams improving their record to 4-1, while the Arkansas Baptist Buffaloes remained winless at 0-5.
 Early in the first quarter,
Vernon Harrison of Texas Wesleyan dashed for a 13-yard touchdown run, and
Gerrit Blodgett's kick gave the Rams a 7-0 lead. Later in the quarter, Cole Francis extended their advantage with a 1-yard rushing touchdown, and following Blodgett's successful extra point, the Rams led 14-0.
The second quarter showcased the Rams' offensive prowess. Cole Francis continued his outstanding performance, scoring another 1-yard rushing touchdown early in the quarter. The Rams didn't stop there, as Francis connected with
AJ Bobb on an 82-yard pass and found Ernest Ceasar for a 31-yard touchdown pass, increasing their lead to 34-0. Texas Wesleyan persisted, with TJ Curtis catching a 55-yard pass from Francis, resulting in a halftime score of 41-0.
In the third quarter, Texas Wesleyan continued to dominate as Cole Francis connected with Ernest Ceasar for a 27-yard touchdown pass, extending their lead to 48-0.
The Rams sealed the game in the fourth quarter, with
Robert Brown, Jr. scoring a 41-yard rushing touchdown. The final touchdown of the contest came from OB Neely, who caught a 19-yard pass from Cole Francis. With Blodgett's successful kick, the Rams coasted to a 62-0 victory.
