BB:: Rams Lose Another Game to USAO on the Road

The Texas Wesleyan Rams were defeated by the Science and Arts Drovers, 4-2, in a baseball game held at the Bill Smith Ballpark in Chickasha, Oklahoma. Despite the loss, there were some notable performances from Texas Wesleyan players.

On the offensive side, Greyson Barrett and Hayden Hutchins provided the two runs for the Rams. Barrett, who played left field, singled in the sixth inning to bring in T.J. Tomlinson. Later in the same inning, Hutchins hit a sacrifice fly to score Kevin Santiago. Unfortunately, these two runs were the only offense the Rams could muster against the Drovers.

The game saw some solid defensive plays from both teams, with each committing just one error. However, Texas Wesleyan's errors proved costly as they allowed Science and Arts to score unearned runs. The Rams were also unable to capitalize on their opportunities, leaving six runners on base.

Despite the loss, there were some standout individual performances from the Rams. Tomlinson drew a walk, stole a base, and scored a run. Barrett had a hit, an RBI, and a stolen base. Reuben Bennevendo played solidly behind the plate, and Greyson Barrett stole a base.
