SB: OCU Stars Shoot Past Lady Rams

Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 FORT WORTH, Texas – Texas Wesleyan University drops two Against Oklahoma City University 13-2, 11-1

Oklahoma City University got off to a quick start with a three-run homer over the left-field wall at the top of the second inning. The Lady Rams were quick to respond with a scoring run from EB Zimmerman after OCU's pitcher walked Devin Dunn advancing Allissa Bradley to second and Brynna Foster to third. With the Bases loaded the Lady Rams were not able to capture the lead as the inning closed. In the third OCU launched a two-run homer and after using a pair of Texas Wesleyan errors The Stars would go up 7-1. In the sixth inning Krysta White would go would be the final Lady Ram to score as OCU would go on to score six more runs to close out game one with a final score of 13-1. The Stars would continue to be a dominant force in the second game as they put up 11 more runs while the Lady Rams would score just one.

Texas Wesleyan will conclude its series against Oklahoma City today. The first game will be played at 12 p.m. immediately followed by game four.
